To truly become limitless and live your life to the fullest, you must believe in yourself first. I think most people, on some level, know this. However, there’s a huge gap between “knowing it” and “living it”. Many people (myself included) tell me that they struggle with the feeling of not being enough, which causes them to have low self-esteem or lose confidence. I’m not pretty enough; I’m not skinny enough; I’m not smart enough; I don’t have enough time; I’m not (fill in the blank) enough. Where did this belief of not being enough come from?

Most of the time, how we value ourselves and the beliefs we have about ourselves are formed when we are children. Sometimes, without knowing it, parents instill ideas that can lead kids to believe that their well-being and happiness are less important than other things or events. Over time, these false beliefs gain ground and start to feel like the truth.

Start by examining your beliefs, are they your beliefs or ideas that were instilled in you? How has your life been impacted by holding on to these beliefs? Perhaps at a time, some beliefs helped to protect you from harm. Do these beliefs still serve the same purpose? Do you still need them? Are they doing more harm than good now?

The belief that you are only worthy when you are (fill in the blank here) is inherently flawed. Think about it. You wouldn’t say that to a baby, an animal, or a tree, so why do you say it to yourself? You are worthy because you exist.

It is very difficult to change these beliefs but with the unique combination of hypnosis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We can access your subconscious and persuade it on a fundamental level. You were born confident. You can live an unlimited life. If you are dedicated to changing your life for the better, you can and will have a better life.
